Cristen has been professionally grooming since 2000 and is a NDGAA, A.K.C. SAFE Certified Groomer. She has been the proud owner of Foxy Locks since 2017, the first A.K.C. SAFE Certified Salon in Tennessee. Foxy Locks has been awarded Knoxville's #1 Pet Grooming Salon for 5 years and #1 Doggie Daycare for 2 years. Grooming and animals has always been her passion, and her certifications includes but not limited to, Semi-Permanent Color, pet CPR & First Aid, A.K.C. SAFE Handling, Hair & Skin, and Poodles. She specializes in all breeds, cats, and small animals. She competes in creative grooming with her St. Poodle, Paris, which has become the mascot for the salon and attends all the charity events the salon is active with. Giving back to the community and helping with other animal organizations and shelters has been an important part of Foxy Locks and what it stands for. Cristen has 2 beautiful children, Ethan (14) and Delilah (2) who share her love of animals and can be seen hanging out with mom at the salon on occasion. The family pets include a St. Poodle (Paris), cocker spaniel (Rascal), Pequeno Portuguese Podengo (Eli), hound mix (Vinnie), orange tabby (Milo), 2 ferrets (Storm, & Moose), a guinea pig (Gizmo). A lot of her pets are used for competitive grooming and events, and play an important part in her home and work life.

Emily has been a proud member of Foxy Locks since 2018. She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's degree in English and a concentration in Creative Writing. She has an Italian Greyhound mix named Sophie and a leopard gecko named Elsa. She also loves working part-time as an assistant for the podcast Good Nurse Bad Nurse. When she's not working, she's probably reading, writing, or spending time with her husband Dan.

Ivy has always had a passion for animals, so she makes sure to surround herself with them-- she has a Pyrenees mix named Sophie Jo and a Portuguese Water Dog mix named Franklin. She also has rabbits, chickens, and cats. In the past, she has owned and worked with many different species including hamsters, guinea pigs, ferrets, etc.

In the past, she has assisted camps for special needs children.
